Elevation Class Descriptions
Spin – This indoor cycling class will have you hit the hills, power the sprints, chase down the competition and learn the meaning of the word: endurance!
“Ride & Reps” - Intense intervals of cycling combined with upper body strength training intervals off the bike – a total body workout.
Yoga – Flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Develop better balance, flexibility and core strength.
Cardio Muscle - A strength training/cardio blast class using the entire studio props to build real strength, and build endurance. This is a great way to work on your form for the “Big Boys” weight room.
Cardio Kettlebell – a 40 minute workout that trains the large muscles of the body while keeping your heart rate up!
Adrenaline Boot Camp – Cardio sports drills and body weight training done in a circuit. Change your body with this intense workout!
Zumba - A Latin/Salsa, easy to follow dance format, cardio workout.
Pilates - An innovative system of mind-body exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility & agility.
Kickboxing – Jump, kick, uppercut, jab – cardio shadow boxing drills.
Ab Lab - Complete core conditioning and stability exercises to help your posture and strength.
